Bretons are fortunate to find in Stéphane Cataldi not only a true expert, but also a pedagogue capable of explaining how coffee is made and roasted, and who himself seeks out the best origins in a healthy (fair trade) and quality approach. On site, from 12 to 20 varieties with a few favorites (Geisha, Cup of Excellence), the possibility of tasting on the spot to make your choice, meticulous preparation to obtain the best product. Coffee machines (filter, espresso), cleaning products and coffee services are also available.
