Roaster
The roaster sitting behind the store window invites you in to discover the full range of aromas on offer in this artisanal boutique, which has been in existence since 1957. Twenty or so coffee vintages, including Bahia Lavé from Brazil, Colombia Supremo and eco-certified Palomar from Peru, are slowly roasted in small batches (less than 20 kilos) to extract the best from each bean and each terroir. A tasting corner offers a great opportunity to sample takeaway products: coffees, teas, chocolates, artisanal lemonades... Coffee machines are also on sale.
