Roaster
A roastery with indisputable legitimacy: it has been in existence for over a century (founded in 1899) and was opened exactly on Joan of Arc's feast day in Orléans, a strong symbol and full justification for the name. The Barthélémy family, from father to son, built up the business and kept it going until today, when the founder's great-great-grandson Alfred runs the company. A range of coffees in bean, ground and capsule form, good advice from helpful saleswomen who know their products inside out. Three stores, including this one in the city center.
