Roaster With ten units in Alsace, including three stores in Strasbourg, this is a true specialist brand in the region. The company was founded in 1949 and has grown over the decades. The roasting process, which takes place in a workshop in Oberhausbergen that can be visited, produces 750 kg of coffee a day. The original address remains a favorite for many coffee lovers. In the boutique, coffee is sold as beans or ground on request, with the option of tasting a coffee of your choice prepared by a barista.
