Gault&Millau's review

Roaster The boutique-workshop of this traditional roaster is located on avenue Roudayre, where the famous tower once stood. It has been guaranteeing independent artisan coffee since 1925. Generations have succeeded one another, but the method remains, and the younger generation reproduces the blends created in the last century, under the benevolent eye of the elders. Traditional Arabicas, some organic and some Fair Trade, beans, ground coffee and even pods, coffee machines and tableware dedicated to tasting.
