Gault&Millau's review

Roaster Café Lomi is an institution through which many French baristas have passed before opening their own coffee shop. It's also an artisan roaster who knows the meaning of the word "terroir", respecting the product from beginning to end of the chain, and a coffee lounge where it's good to settle down to enjoy a good blend of several crus, or a pure origin coffee that might even have received the prestigious Cup of Excellence appellation.
