Taking over part of the site of the former Maison Jeunet, Bruno Granvoinnet, master pastry chef and chocolatier, known to all Bisontins (rue de Belfort), has opened this beautiful patisserie at the end of 2022, with Mélanie Télès, a pastry chef trained with him who is already taking the reins with great expertise. Everything is appetizing: cakes, entremets, ice creams and, of course, chocolate. Tearoom area for on-the-spot tasting.
