Just outside Lagorce, you'll find Lora and Théo in the heart of nature, producing organic cheeses from their goats. Fresh cheese in faisselle, matured or flavored (with savory, fenugreek, nigella...). It's all Ardéchois, with an authentic flavor. Also tomme and "reblochèvre" yoghurts...
