Pastry chef, chocolatier, and ice cream maker Christophe Hurier has been delighting your taste buds in the resort town of Les Saisies since 2025. Creative and passionate, he delights guests with a classic Paris-Brest, a variety of desserts in delicious flavors, walnut tart, lemon meringue tart, blueberry tart, or a generous flan, as well as limited-edition pastries (announced on his Instagram account) such as an orange-chocolate tart, an orange blossom and raspberry religieuse, a pistachio flan with crumble, and a reimagined strawberry charlotte… Enough to make all your senses tingle with delight! And the joy doesn’t stop there! Christophe also crafts a lovely selection of cookies, travel cakes, chocolates (marshmallow bears, candies, bars, spreads, “Crottes de marmotte,” and Florentines), macarons, ice cream and sorbets all year round, as well as popsicles and vacherins… You’ll delight in savoring these sweet treats made in Savoie!
