Just above Fougères, Olivier Baille set up his craft microbrewery in 2013. The house offers 6 cuvées, in white, blonde and amber. These include the rocking "Nevermine", "Hell's Beer" and "Hermillica". By appointment at the brewery, and on Saturday mornings at the Fougères market.
