This is one of the neighborhood's best-loved roasteries, a charming boutique on boulevard Eugène Pierre. The production is top-notch, with fine craftsmanship and well-selected pure origins: Yemen, Ethiopia, Colombia, Honduras, Mexico... The roastery also offers on-the-spot tasting with a range of sweet and savoury snacks.
