Roaster
Brest's historic coffee roaster, La brûlerie du Léon, has been delivering artisanal production since 1897! Now run by Garance and Clément Bozec, who also run Cafés Bozec, the institution has been modernized, with a beautiful tasting room in the Capucins workshops. The boutique on rue Jean Jaurès supplies the finest vintages, with pure origins and blends, as well as a good range of teas and infusions.
