Roaster It's a local institution, offering a whole range of coffee-related products since 1959. The company has been run by the Herbé family for twenty-five years, and now has two addresses, including their store on Rue Noël Ballay. You'll find roasts, pure origins and blends from Ethiopia, Colombia, Congo, Brazil... Chocolates, sweets, teas and infusions are also on offer.
