Stéphane Brehier is totally committed to his business. Passionate about his work, he is above all attentive to his customers' needs, and his preparations are always meticulously prepared and guaranteed to be entirely homemade. He can proudly boast competition medals for his pork rillettes and black pudding. But all his meat and sausage dishes follow a classic, carefully balanced approach (sweetbreads, forest guinea fowl...). Buffets can be made to order in the revamped boutique, or at the markets in Couëron or Pellerin.
