Brewer
France's most Norman microbrewery continues to make headlines, multiplying its ideas, staying the course and establishing itself in the local landscape as a sure bet. Its brewery-cathedral project on rue Saint-Nicaise is well underway, and its beer garden at the foot of the building remains one of the city's most pleasant (only open in summer). We recommend the range of beers, both classic and seasonal, and the attractive platters of regional produce. They can also be found at Rollon, rue du Gros-Horloge, for a Norman street food experience, as well as in many of the city's boutiques.
