Gault&Millau's review

Brewer Founded in 1996, this brewery is nevertheless the story of a family whose commercial beginnings date back to just after 1945. Now run by the family's descendants, the brewery offers two ranges, including two organic beers, "l'Alésia" in white and blond, and the original Thomas Becket range, in brown, red, amber, white and blond.
