Brewer This more than one-hundred-year-old brewery (founded in 1901 by Auguste Maille), now run by Charles Lepers, sixth in the Maille-Lepers line, left its historic headquarters (in Annoeullin) in 2012 to move into modern, functional premises, suitable for tours and offering a tasting area. Good habits have been preserved, and the beers are still handcrafted: Angelus, a 7° blond with a citrus aroma, and Lepers 8, both round and typical, remain the two flagship products in the range.
