Gault&Millau's review

Brewer Located in the former restaurant of the same name on the city's left bank, the brewery has been offering organic beers since 2015. The range consists of 5 permanent beers: "Gwin Zegal" (a rye white), "Kirio" (a dynamic, refreshing blonde), "Ebrel" (a sweet amber rich in various malts), "Kurun" (a buckwheat porter), and the IPA, fruity, flowery, with an assertive bitterness. Special brews are produced throughout the year: a peaty blonde, a festive amber with bitter orange peel and coriander... Visits and sales on Fridays from 4pm to 7pm. Group visits by appointment.
