Brewer In the heart of the Auvergne volcanoes, this microbrewery, which claims to be one of the highest in France, produces artisanal beers whose quality spring waters make them a local benchmark. The company offers seven cuvées, including the classic blondes, whites, browns and ambers, as well as the gentian-flavored "Mienguette", the cocoa-flavored "Paillarette" brown and the honey-flavored "Estive".
