Brewer After 10 years in the Maldives, Paul and Marie-Laure returned to Périgord to set up their organic brewery. They offer 5 products: Blonde Chanoine, a Belgian-style beer with low bitterness and floral aromas; Idée Noire, an Irish stout with notes of coffee and smoke; Dame Blanche, a highly aromatic beer with coriander and bitter orange; Mère Supérieure, an Indian pale ale with a pronounced bitterness and grapefruit aroma on the finish; and Maya La Balle Chanoine, an amber-colored beer flavored with forest honey.
