Brewer
Opened in 2014 by Christian Fassler, this brewery located in the Ballons des Vosges park, some thirty kilometers east of Mulhouse, produces eight craft beers. On the menu are classics and specialties, including blond, stout, white, IPA and amber, as well as Christmas, spring and absinthe-flavored beers.
