Just south of Dijon, this artisanal brewery offers authentic, local beers made according to the rules of the art. The beers are unfiltered and unpasteurized, made from local hops and malt. The range now includes classic cuvées and more original ones, such as beer with blackcurrant, gingerbread or Burgundy marc.
