Brewer In the heart of the Auvergne, Vincent Roudaire brews beers with all organic ingredients. He also uses Auvergne waters of exceptional quality to produce very pure beers. With no additives of any kind, each brew produces a product with a unique taste. Amber is made with caramel and chocolate malts. It is round on the palate, with aromas of exotic fruits. Blonde is smooth, fruity and low in bitterness. Finally, brunette, with no bitterness at all, offers notes of coffee and chocolate, with aromas of mandarin orange and mango.
