Fortunately, there are still craftsmen who are not afraid to enter the battle of taste and diversity. Founded in 2003 by Christophe and Alexia Noyon, this brewery sells most of its production to professionals. A pretty pure malt blonde, an aromatic and refreshing white, the rather virile "Noire de Slack", "Le Bois de Belle Dalle", brewed exclusively with barley from a nearby farm... Shop open to the public.
