Beer Cellar In a brewing landscape where innovation has few limits, Clément Cousin has chosen to celebrate tradition. Based in a peaceful village in northern Mayenne, his brewery opened in 2014. With the help of Julien Pinçon, Clément carries on this tradition with passion, using typical English-style brewing equipment that gives his beers an authenticity rare on the market. At Brasserie Cousin, which now boasts some fifty references, beer lovers will discover a range of styles from blondes to browns, including amber, white and smoked beers, always revisited with a modern touch. This approach enables him to stand out in a highly competitive sector. Driven by his passion, Clément is happiest when his beers take part in successful events. In the long term, his ambition is to create a tasting area adjoining the brewery, offering an immersive experience to visitors eager to discover his creations first-hand.
