Gault&Millau's review

Brewer Cathy and Rudy, originally from Pas-de-Calais, finally chose the Landes coast to set up their brewery. They produce beers in the style of those from the North, which they have worked to accompany the gastronomy of the South-West with dignity. Among their creations is a refreshing white with a hint of lemon.
