Brewer In the Neudorf district, Benjamin, who has been passionate about hops since 2008, produces his own range of craft beers. His five vintages enjoy a legitimate reputation, with poetic names such as "Kollane Lill" blonde, "Neudorf Red Ale" amber, "Queen of Langstross" IPA, honeyed brown and "Rêve d'étoiles" black IPA. The company also produces limited editions.
