Launched in 2015 by Alexandre de Zordi, who has long worked in regional wine, the brewery immediately turned to organic production, rooted in its terroir. Today, the range is extensive, with a number of local references, including 1912 (the altitude of Mont Ventoux), a blond scented with honey and lavender, 1909, 1850 amber, 1050 with barley malt, 1450 with Carpentras strawberries...
