Already present in Neuilly-sur-Seine, Cyril Gaidella is doing double duty by setting up shop in Charenton-le-Pont. If he's an excellent baker, he's also a sublime pastry chef. The proof is in his 2017 title of Champion de France du Dessert. In this corner bakery-patisserie, you'll fall for sourdough breads, brioche-style sugar tarts, sookie (a fusion of Swiss bread and cookie), flan, financiers with raspberry pieces and zest rolls (a homemade praline with French hazelnut slivers).
