Bakery Close to the train station, this long-established establishment was created a century and a half ago, and has become a firm favorite with Valentinois for its famous pognes. Today, it's an open, modern store that welcomes you with its specialities from the Drôme and Ardèche regions, including the store's star product, Suisse, an orange-flavoured shortbread. Denis is in the mixer, while Florenct works on the pastry, reflecting a perfect 4-handed partnership.
