Bakery The elegant, wood-panelled facade is a harbinger of things to come. Cookies presented under a bell to preserve freshness and crunchiness, quality pastries and viennoiserie, popular speciality breads such as rye, fig bread, "pain d'autrefois" or the traditional "L'Albinienne" baguette. And specialties that change with the seasons (you've got to try the famous shortbread), made by Jean-Pierre Kock, his team and his family.
