Bakery Nicolas Covelli can be proud of his success. Now at the helm of 6 bakeries, all in Beauvais (2 rue Jean Racine, 126 rue de Clermont, 17 rue de Malherbe, Avenue de l'Europe, 80 rue de Calais), he has become a business leader, while his family members take care of production and sales. He remains faithful to his original method of production in the preparation of his breads, made from wheat, linseed or sunflower flour, just as his viennoiseries respect the ingredients of which they are composed.
