A display full of goodies presented by the baker himself, smiling and professional. The special rye bread is remarkable, very long in the mouth, with a sublime authentic taste and perfect texture. The spinach goat's cheese quiche is excellent, with an ideal shortbread crust and a well-balanced filling that highlights the raw ingredients. The croissant is crisp, generous and well buttered.
