It's no legend. In Burbure, Agnès and François Naulet took part in "La Meilleure Boulangerie de France" (France's Best Bakery) on M6, for which they had to prepare a carrot-based dessert. A proven success with customers. But challenges don't get in the way of this dynamic young couple, who offer tasteful breads and viennoiseries. Plain Christmas eggs, sugar, chocolate, raisin or cranberry, homemade gingerbread... and a special on pastries every Tuesday from 4pm, an initiative that deserves to be highlighted.
