Bakery This bakery on rue Mouffetard is a real favorite. The creators of Big Mamma have made it their favorite address, putting seed bread at the top of their selection. Emmanuel Morange, who comes from a line of bakers, set up shop in 2005, with plenty of ideas in mind. In a time of agape, it's a feast for special breads: in addition to rye and buckwheat, the orange-lemon citrus breads in winter and the curry/tomato confit breads in summer offer a wonderful marriage of products.
