Bakery The inhabitants of Chevrières can now sleep soundly. Guillaume Marquette set up shop in 2010 in the town's only bakery. There's no competition here, just enthusiastic customers who appreciate the variety of breads on offer every day. Guillaume trained as a pastry chef and is not afraid of originality. The mustard and Morteau sausage loaf and the caramelized hazelnut crown are the 2 house specialties. But the house loves change, and regularly adapts its menu of breads to discover over time.
