Bakery
The residents of Chevrières can rest easy. Guillaume Marquette set up shop in 2010 in the town's only bakery. There's no competition here, just enthusiastic customers who appreciate the variety of breads on offer every day. Guillaume trained as a pastry chef and is not afraid of originality. The mustard and Morteau sausage loaf and the caramelized hazelnut crown are the two house specialties. But the artisan loves change and regularly adapts his bread menu, to be discovered over time.
