Bakery Boulangerie Londiche is a must for miles around. Pierre and Christine are passionate craftsmen who make organic bread out of conviction, not fashion. Pierre is a member of the Association des Ambassadeurs du Pain, representing the profession at its noblest. The breads are varied and crisp, with perfectly baked crusts and tasty crumbles; the viennoiseries are fragrant; the sugar and fruit tarts, especially apple, are flaky, buttery and caramelized... extra! Also rum cakes and homemade ice creams, including Glace du Résinier (a registered trademark and a must-try, like the whole range).
