Boulangerie Londiche is a must for miles around. Pierre and Christine are passionate craftsmen who make organic bread out of conviction, not fashion. Pierre is a member of the "Bread Ambassadors" association, representing the profession at its noblest. The breads are varied and crisp, with perfectly baked crusts and tasty crumbles; the viennoiseries are fragrant; the sugar and fruit tarts, particularly apple, are flaky, buttery and caramelized... extra! Also rum cakes and homemade ice creams, including "Glace du Résinier" (registered and unmissable, like the whole range).
