Bakery The "Flûte du Berger", made with a natural liquid sourdough that gives it a soft, melting crumb and a slightly tangy milky taste, continues to win over customers, as do the "Bolivien", with squash and quinoa seeds, the "Saint-Père" (wheat) and the "Germain" (rye), made with organic flours.
