Jean-Yves Kitzinger is comfortably installed in his small Soultzmatt store, which has become large thanks to its reputation. The breads are beautifully made, and the star of the show is undoubtedly the kougelhopf, which has won numerous awards, to the delight of Jean-Yves and Sandra, as well as their customers. Whether traditional, frangipane or upside-down, it's always of the same high quality.
