Bakery The beautiful old-fashioned shopfront, with its gold lettering on a micaceous background, heralds a careful, reputable craft. We've been doing things right here for ages, and the quality is evident in every loaf, from the traditional baguette to organic petit épeautre, like most of them, sourdough by the slice, rustic buckwheat, rye pie, ciabatta or Kamut bread.
