Bakery Laurent and Valérie Hébert took a new step forward when they opened their store a year ago. Laurent has always been driven by the desire to make bread and cakes, and in 1988 he was named Meilleur Apprenti de France (Best Apprentice in France). While training in Paris, Fauchon, Hermé... perfected his style, which he put to the test for 15 years in Dinard. Today, the 15-strong family business runs like clockwork. His vegetarian Bun's with low-fat, low-sugar spelt is one of the company's hits, but it doesn't have to overshadow his other products: wood-oven baked breads, giant baguettes and other signature cakes.
