This bakery and patisserie celebrates the delights of 100% homemade treats! For almost 15 years, Fabrice, an experienced baker and pastry chef, and Marlène, his wife at the front desk, have been delighting customers with authentic, artisanal flavors, using raw materials from local producers - for example, flour from a mill in the Ardennes. The fine range of breads includes classic and "traditional" baguettes - the signature Délice, available in several recipes (seeds, sourdough) - as well as specials. On the pastry side, you'll enjoy traditional cakes (Paris-Brest, éclairs, tarts). Don't miss the "Fromage", a signature trompe-l'œil dessert with sponge cake and pastry cream. The "viennoiseries" section will also delight gourmets, with homemade palmiers and praline brioches. The snacking range (sandwiches, pâtés, pizzas, wraps, pans-bagnats...) is also sure to please the taste buds.
