Bakery Maison Degruson is a dynamic company, always ready to prepare pleasant surprises for its customers. The bread is shaped by hand, and the traditional baguette is surrounded by clever breads, such as the all-organic "Éolienne", 100% rye with a heavy crust, or the "Vianette" with chicory flour and roasted malted wheat. And for lunchtime, sandwiches can be made to order, like the squid ink bun with pork and mimolette filling. A fine assortment of viennoiseries and Proustian chocolate chip madeleines.
