At the helm of this butcher's shop since summer 2018, Julien Tauzier knows his business inside out. The animals are carefully selected: beef and veal with the "Fleur de Limousin" label, Limousin lamb, Label Rouge pork, free-range poultry... A dozen or so dishes are prepared every day to complement the charcuterie and ready-cooked meals departments.
