Volume means attractive prices, but it's above all the variety of quality on offer that makes for success, combined with a service that's as friendly as it is competent: beef, veal and pork in the limelight, all the connoisseur cuts, spider, skirt steak, short rib, cheek and then kidneys and other offal.
