Butchery We already knew about the fine patisserie. Steve, for the butcher's shop, and Manon, for the delicatessen, now offer Boucherie Fine. It's the name of their store, which they took over in Ploemeur a year ago, but it's above all a demand for quality applied on a daily basis. The proof is in their pâté croûte, foie gras, Patta Negra Bellota..., their Parthenaise beef and cuts of meat matured for up to 4 months, their Label Rouge Bretanin veal (one of the best in France), their delicatessen dishes (in small or large quantities) that change with the seasons, and so on. Their peers also appreciate the expertise of these craftsmen, who distinguished themselves in their first participation in the Rillette de Porc de Bretagne and Pâté de Campagne de Bretagne competitions. They took 3rd and 5th prize, and are aiming to do even better next year. To their customers, Steve, Manon and their eight-strong team are committed to offering equally high quality services, for a 100% satisfying experience.
