Butchery Fondamente is not a big town, yet its craftsmen are excellent. In the butcher and pork butcher category, Pierre Filliet knows his stuff. His supplies are targeted and his preparations succulent. Jambonneau, dry and cooked sausages, rabbit pâtés, tripoux, trenèl... there's something for every gourmet.
