Description
Butchery Maverick De Ridder won a string of awards in 2024: a gold medal for his pork rillettes and a bronze medal for his terrine de campagne at the Salon de l'Agriculture, an international prize for his onion sausages and chipolatas, and a bronze medal for his boudin noir at the international competition in Mortagne-au-Perche. In partnership with Isabelle, his mother, and joined by Clara, his partner, they select local Limousin beef, lamb and pork. Their Label Rouge farmhouse poultry is raised in the Landes region. Together, they cut and process high-quality meats on site, without additives or preservatives. The daily and weekly prepared dishes are homemade, according to the season's delicacies and the desires of food-loving customers. The Maverick Centre butcher's shop also offers a takeaway catering service, with no limit on the number of guests. The trio can suggest original, personalized menus on request.
