There's no need to get lost in the mountains to find good local meat and charcuterie - Maison Moulin is there! The animals are selected directly from farmers on the Ardèche plateau, most of them on the hoof, the pigs are fed GMO-free feed, and some of the poultry is organic... All in all, well thought-out, local and healthy, and a fine job on the home-made charcuterie made in the dryer at an altitude of 1,000 meters.
