Founded by Pierre Siegrist in 1986, La Fine Fourchette has since been taken over by its employees, who are keen to continue along the same lines of quality. Sausages, white ham, baeckeoffe, meat sausages, liver sausages, Lyon sausages, cured ham, presskopf, and delicious knacks recently awarded a prize at the Foire Européenne de Strasbourg.
